RingCentral Phone Line + Call Handling (with AI call features)

We set up a dedicated RingCentral phone line for your business and configure it so our team can answer calls from day one (after-hours and/or business hours, depending on your preference). If you don’t want us answering calls, we can route them to your internal team or another on-call provider, with clear rules for where calls go and when.

Includes (key features):

  • Call recording (for quality, training, and audit trail)
  • Captions & transcriptions (written record of calls)
  • AI notes & summaries (fast call wrap-up and consistent documentation)
  • Flexible call routing (to us, to your staff, or to another provider)

Cost: AU$39 per month (per phone line). 

Job Ads on Indeed + Facebook (Managed for You)

 Hiring support workers is hard enough without juggling job ads, budgets, and follow-ups. We’ll create and manage your job ads on Indeed and Facebook, optimise them week-to-week, and keep you updated so you get better applicants faster—without the admin load. Includes:

  • Job ad setup and copywriting (NDIS/Aged Care aligned)
  • Posting and management on Indeed + Facebook
  • Budget monitoring and optimisation (pause/boost what’s working)
  • Weekly update on applications and performance

Cost: AU$147 per month (management fees).

  • Extra compliance tracking/admin time for staff above your plan limit
